Privacy policy #

1. During the course of my work, I may need to access and/or copy your personal data from your device for the purposes of identifying and preserving information to be given to the client.

2. Any personal client data that is not specifically required to be kept will be expunged from all my systems within 7 days of completion of the relevant job.

3. While reasonable precautions are taken to secure client data from unauthorised access (including but not limited to physical disk/volume encryption, only using inherently secure transfer methods and using local storage systems only), I do not accept any liability for unauthorised access of said data by external parties that may occur because of circumstances unknown to me.

4. All customer contact information, including email and physical addresses, phone numbers and any other identifying information stored on my internal systems will be encrypted and will never be sold or deliberately shared with any third party.
