Remote support assistance

This is where you can download my remote assistance support client.

I use Rustdesk through my VPS (Virtual Private Server) to provide remote support, you can download it below:

Custom client through my VPS

Custom client made for Windows. MacOS and Linux support through regular download at bottom of page

  • Simply click the link below and the program will download.
  • It should appear in your downloads list;
    • In Firefox, the download list will appear under the “down” arrow in the top right Firefox
    • In Google Chrome, the download section will appear in a bar along the bottom of the screen, going from left to right Chrome
  • If a prompt appears asking you to ‘run’ or ‘open’ then accept that to allow it to run.
  • When you allow it to run, it will prompt you for a password, I will give you this, simply enter it and press ‘OK’.

You can also manually download Rustdesk and configure it how you want to.
